Roeland began his dental career in 1993 at the dental laboratory of KU Leuven, where he built a strong foundation in dental technology and craftsmanship. In 2000, he joined GC EUROPE, taking on the role of Technical and Training Manager, a position he held until 2006. In this role, he was responsible for providing technical expertise, delivering training programs, and supporting dental professionals across Europe. In 2006, Roeland established his own dental laboratory, further developing his expertise as an entrepreneur while continuing to work closely with GC as a freelance trainer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL). His ongoing collaboration with GC allowed him to stay at the forefront of innovation and education within the dental industry. He officially rejoined GC in 2018 as a Product Manager, where he contributed to the development and positioning of dental products.

Since February 2020, Roeland has been leading Product Management at Modern Dental Europe, where he plays a key role in shaping product strategy and driving innovation across the organization.
